Learn Reiki in Southern Tuscany!

Irene will be teaching a Reiki 1 course in Southern Tuscany on 3 June 2023, on the Gulf of Fallonica (Golfo di Follonica) at Appartamenti Per Vacanze, Valle Onesta.

What is Reiki 1 all about?

Reiki 1 (Shoden) is all about using this wonderful universal energy to heal yourself. There is also an option of healing family, friends and pets at this level which will be a wonderful experience in itself if you choose.

This is effectively a two day course:

• One day - 6/7 hours (at least) is spent studying on your own at home using the course materials provided.
• Then there is a tutorial day in Italy with the teacher and other students, spent receiving powerful and elegant attunements/empowerments and doing practical energy work, putting what you have learned during the day into practice. At the end of the day you will have given and received a full Reiki treatment and receive a certificate.

  Why not take a peep at the agenda? You won’t find a more comprehensive course!

This course will be taught in English, although the instructor is fluent in conversational Italian.

Course Instructor

Irene lives in York, England, with her husband, two children and dog Jake. She is a Reiki Master /Teacher, teaching all levels of Reiki and has been for 18 years. She is also a Master/teacher drummer of the Reiki Drum technique, Reiki Angelic practitioner, and Sound Healing Practitioner.

She is a citizen of both Italy and Canada, having been born to a Friulan father and Calabrian mother, born and raised in Toronto, Canada with her two siblings. Irene has been teaching and practising Reiki for the last 19 years in the UK and it has been her dream to be able to teach Reiki in Italy, the land of her heritage.

Valle Onesta (Course location)

Guests at the hotel will enjoy easy access to many popular attractions in and around Follonica. The building is a hotel that stands 0.9 miles (1.5 km) from the white sands of Follonica Beach, and 2.7 miles (4.4 km) from the spectacular Mamai Beach.

The view from our course location is stunning, surrounded by green hills and valleys and lush olive groves and vineyards.

The hotel’s exact address is Località Valle Onesta, 38 with free parking.
It is 1hr 30 mins approximately from Pisa Airport via train including transfers.
There are many hotels, AirBnBs and places to stay in this beautiful and peaceful area, if you want to stay longer and take in the beautiful views and attractions.

For bookings or more information, either email, or telephone 0794 169 7047. A deposit is required when your course booking is confirmed. The deposit is £80. The remainder must be paid 4 weeks before the day of the tutorial session.

What study materials are provided?

We send you a pre-course study pack containing a comprehensive manual, and a set of MP3s for Reiki 1 and a set of meditation MP3s. You will be asked to focus on specific parts of the manual. That way, you arrive for the practical session well-prepared. The work you have done prior to the course will be reviewed briefly but the main focus of the day will be receiving the Attunements/Empowerments that open up the channels through which Reiki energy flows and connect you permanently to Reiki energy, and doing practical energy work, putting what you have read into practice.

At the end of the tutorial day(s) for each course you receive a certificate confirming that you have received the relevant training and have been initiated into the appropriate degree of Reiki.
