Reiki

Reiki is a deep relaxation technique that reduces stress and promotes healing. It re-activates the body’s natural energy system, bringing you back into balance on every level — physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually— putting your body in the best position to help heal itself.

I am a Certified Reiki Practitioner/Teacher, and an associate teacher with Reiki Evolution. I have been practising since 2004 and teaching since 2006.

Treatments

Reiki therapy treatments are given at the York Eco Business Centre [map]
Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm (otherwise by arrangement)

1/2 hour treatment		£30
1 treatment (one hour)		£45
4 treatment course		£160 (save £20)
6 treatment course		£270 (save £36)

You can book just a single session, but because Reiki has a cumulative effect, a course of 3 is recommended.

Intuitive healings, including the state of your chakras and aura, for an additional £20. Please ask at the beginning of your treatment.

Another treatment available is Access Bars at £45.

Courses

I offer four levels of Reiki Courses.
The current schedule for 2017 is:

For the Master’s course there are 2 discount offers: there is a reduction of £30 for students who have taken Reiki I or II with us, or a £70 reduction for students who have taken the Deepening course with us (only one reduction will apply).

Reiki Retreat

£297 if staying overnight for two nights, £198 if attending for each day, both payable in instalments of £99 each.

Share Evenings

I host regular Reiki share evenings at Park Grove Primary Academy, Park Grove, York YO31 8LG(map), usually on the first Monday of each month, excluding Bank Holidays. The next one is 1 July 2019. Please book a place first (see below). £10 to attend (£7 if booked by 27 June).

You can also print and post one of these application forms: Reiki 1; Reiki 2; and the Reiki Deepening course.

Payment: by cash or cheque, or online with credit or debit cards for treatments and share days and for courses. Gift certificates may be purchased both online and at the shop. A 50% deposit is required when booking treatments and courses, and 24 hours notice is required to cancel or postpone a treatment (unless there are exceptional circumstances). Deposits are not refundable or transferable. A fee of £40 applies to any course rebooking.

Parking: free parking across the street from the Centre, or anywhere along the road [map]; for Reiki shares at Park Grove School, there is a car park at the school.
